Opened August 2023, the Potawatomi Rock & Brews is a part of a $100 Million renovation project for Potawatomi Hotel & Casino that will revolutionize the casino’s third floor and usher in the next era of entertainment to Milwaukee. Rock & Brews is the restaurant brainchild of legendary musicians Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons of KISS. We will be rocking a huge selection of local and craft brews alongside great food, plus live music!!
